1. Click Add User and complete all of the required fields
2. When selecting age groups you can add a primary and secondary age group if the player plays for more than one age group so they can see both teams relevant information
3. Click Save and that will be them added to the user list

1. Go to the player that requires a profile photo to be added
2. Click on the Uploads tab then click on the Upload Files Button
3. Click Choose file and select the photo
4. Change the category drop down to Profile

For each event you can specify which players you intend to play in a game. (at some point we can send out email reminders, say 2 days prior, should that be required).

After the event the player list can be amended to take account of actual players attendance.
You can also add the number of minutes played.

On the player profille there will be a summary list of matches and minutes played.

A consent form will be required from each player. This can be filled in online at the following link. DAFC Online Consent Form.

In the short term, when the form is received we will tick the Consent Form checkbox in the individual player`s Additional Info tab. A link to the form will also be provided in this section.

A summary of forms received is found in Admin > Administration >Consent Form this will be a list of players who have currently submitted for this year.


1. Go to the player that requires the medical note to be added
2. Click Physio Notes. Note this tab is only accessible to Physios and no one else can see the content in here or even the tab.
3. Click Add New Note and add a title and description
4. Once saved you can edit a note or add a document by click on the paper icon and this will show recently added documents for that player.

If the note you want to add to a players profile is non-medical related then:
1. Go to the player that requires the note to be added
2. On the User Details page
3. You can write in the Add New Note box and click Save Note

Once a player has left the club you can Archive the details, this will place them in a back section, just in case they return at some point. To do this:

1. Click on the required player to be archived and click the Archive tab
2. Click the box that says Confirm Archive
3. Add a note to why they`ve left and click Archive User
