Documents can be found in 2 places:

1st - Individual players documents are stored on their profiles. When you click Uploads on a players profile you can view all of these.

2nd - Documents that should be shared with more than an individual eg. a whole year group can be viewed on Documents found on the main task bar

Documents can be uploaded and shared between the users or with the site admin.

Use the Documents Tab and the Upload button to upload a file and specify a Folder name. more to follow

There are a number of Fixed Name folders for special information.
